Theoretical Analysis of the Assessment of Government Expenditure Effect on Welfare of Society

Abstract

The article provides a theoretical analysis of the assessment methods for government expenditure effects on the welfare of society. Various approaches to measuring welfare and the impact of public spending are discussed.
