Uncovering a Relationship between Leadership Behaviour and Employees' Workaholism: A Systematic Review

Abstract

The article presents a systematic review uncovering the relationship between leadership behavior and employees' workaholism. The research synthesizes literature on how different leadership styles influence workaholic tendencies.
